At ACF, our tumbling program meets athletes exactly where they are and takes them further than they thought possible. Built on a structured, level-based curriculum — from first rolls to elite passes — every class is designed to build strength, technique, and confidence at every stage of the journey.

TODDLER TAKE OFF

(Ages 3–5)
Your little one’s first flight starts here! Toddler Take Off introduces the youngest athletes to the basics of movement — rolls, bridges, and beginner skills — all in a fun, encouraging environment built just for them. No experience needed, just a love for jumping around!

BEGINNER TUMBLING

Ready for takeoff? Beginner Tumbling is the perfect starting point for athletes learning the fundamentals. From cartwheels and handstands to backbends and beyond, our coaches will build your athlete’s confidence and technique from the ground up.

BEGINNER 2 TUMBLING

Already have the basics down? It’s time to climb higher. Beginner 2 takes athletes to the next level with walkovers, kickovers, and Valdez — skills that demand more strength, flexibility, and precision. Your athlete is ready for the next runway.

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING

Intermediate Tumbling is where athletes start to build on their foundational skills and push into more challenging territory. With a stronger focus on technique, power, and consistency, this class bridges the gap between the basics and advanced training — keeping athletes progressing and hungry for more.

INTERMEDIATE 2 TUMBLING

Intermediate 2 is designed for athletes who have mastered the Intermediate level and are ready to sharpen their skills even further. With increased difficulty, higher expectations, and a focus on precision and execution, this class prepares athletes for the challenge of Advanced Tumbling ahead.

ADVANCED TUMBLING

For athletes who are ready to push their limits. Advanced Tumbling is designed for experienced tumblers looking to sharpen their skills, increase difficulty, and take their performance to elite altitude. If you’ve put in the work — this is where it pays off.

BOYS TACTICAL TRAINING

Our Boys Tactical Training class is perfect for energetic young boys who love to jump, flip, and fly! Designed specifically for active boys, this fun and focused class builds strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate drills and movement. Athletes will work on jumps and body positions, basic tumbling and handstands, and balance, flexibility, and control — all in a positive, high-energy environment made just for them. A great foundation for stunting and tumbling down the road!

SUPPLEMENTAL CLASSES

All enrolled athletes receive access to our supplemental classes at no extra cost. These add-on sessions are designed to enhance every athlete’s overall performance and development.

JuMp — Build explosive jump height, power, and clean technique
Cardio HIIT — 30-minute cardio and body conditioning workout
Stretch + Flexibility — Improve mobility, flexibility, and body control
